We are seeking a self driven Registered Nurse with strong leadership abilities to fill our RN Supervisor Position.
RN's must have good patient/clinical assessment and communication skills.
The RN is responsible for providing supervision to all unit staff; direct nursing care to residents; completing comprehensive shift rounds; ensuring communication during inter shift report; and assisting with the admission and discharge of residents.
The ideal RN will possess both strong clinical and managerial skills.
A high degree of empathy and interpersonal awareness is critical, as has the ability to take initiative and act in accordance with philosophies and standards.
Job Requirements:
A current RN License is required.
1-3 years previous RN experience in a sub-acute or long term care setting is required, as is previous management experience.
Preference given to those RN's with management experience in a long term care setting.
